1. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary:
• EU: 3–12 business days  
• UK/US/Canada: 5–14 business days  
• Rest of World: 7–20 business days  

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package online at any time.

3. What is your return policy?
You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. EU/UK customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Do NovaSpot products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
